HIVELAB Selected as Renewal Agency for HDC Hyundai Development 2025.12.31

HIVELAB, a digital consulting and UX/UI specialist, won the renewal project for HDC Group's core websites (HDC Holdings, IPARK, and HDC Hyundai Development) through a competitive bidding process on October 17th.


This project involves revamping the core corporate websites of HDC Holdings, HDC Hyundai Development, and IPARK. Marking the group’s 50th anniversary, the initiative aims to strengthen digital communication aligned with the newly redefined brand value system, and to effectively convey the group’s overall vision and restructured business portfolio through an advanced digital platform. HIVELAB will oversee the entire process - from strategy development and UX/UI planning to design, publishing, and development - to deliver a user-centered digital experience.


The HDC Holdings website will focus on reinforcing its role as the group’s representative platform, centering on the group’s vision, portfolio, governance structure, and ESG information. The information architecture will be reorganized to clearly communicate the group’s complex structure and business areas, delivering a brand experience grounded in trust.


The IPARK website will reflect the characteristics of a residential brand by enhancing customer-oriented content accessibility and an emotionally engaging brand experience. Through UX design that effectively communicates housing philosophy and brand storytelling, the site aims to expand touchpoints between users and the brand.


The HDC Hyundai Development website will focus on intuitively presenting the company’s capabilities as a developer, its key projects, and its corporate competitiveness. By strengthening content structure and information delivery for various stakeholders - including corporations, investors, and customers - the site seeks to enhance corporate credibility.


Across all three websites, HIVELAB will apply a consistent design system and UX principles while delivering differentiated user experiences tailored to each site’s objectives and target audiences. The project will also enhance responsive web environments and incorporate structures that consider operational efficiency, ensuring scalability and ease of management going forward.


A HIVELAB representative stated, “This project is an integrated digital experience design case that encompasses the group holding company, brand site, and affiliate sites. We will deliver a high-quality digital platform that balances HDC Group’s identity with the unique character of each brand.”
