Vertical AI-Tech company HIVELAB (CEO Seo Jong-hyuk) announced on September 15 the beta launch of ‘AXIMO’, a hyper-personalized UI/UX solution. AXIMO is an enterprise SaaS solution that analyzes website visitor behavior in real time to generate customized screen layouts for each individual user.

HIVELAB first deployed the AXIMO beta on its official website (hivelab.co.kr) to validate screen generation quality and conversion performance using live visitor traffic prior to client rollout. Based on the beta results, the company plans to expand its application scope and aims to officially launch the SaaS solution in the first quarter of next year.

Unlike traditional website personalization, which primarily customizes specific areas such as recommended products or content, AXIMO offers far more comprehensive personalization—tailoring display content, core messaging, visual layout, display hierarchy, and focal points for each individual visitor.

The system collects behavioral signals such as clicks, dwell time, and scroll speed to infer visitor intent, leveraging Generative UI (GenUI) to deliver screen layouts optimized for high conversion. Utilizing digital twin simulations, the system predicts layout configurations expected to yield positive visitor responses, while actual user interactions are fed back into a reinforcement learning model. Through this continuous feedback loop, screen inference and generation performance are constantly refined.

Connecting Hyper-Personalized UX to Marketing and Sales Performance in a Unified Flow

AXIMO goes beyond simply generating customized screens for individual visitors; it is engineered to connect and track those personalized experiences directly against marketing and sales performance.

Through the unified dashboard, users can monitor the end-to-end customer journey—from the moment a visitor arrives on the site to the execution of a target conversion action. The platform also incorporates Account-Based Marketing (ABM) capabilities that recommend optimal marketing touchpoints for specific corporate clients, alongside actionable UI/UX optimization suggestions. By leveraging the built-in marketing content generation feature, opportunities identified on the dashboard can be seamlessly converted into active marketing campaigns.

Scaling AXIMO Across Industry-Specific Verticals

HIVELAB plans to expand AXIMO beyond any single domain, extending its reach into sectors such as e-commerce, entertainment, finance, and lifestyle services.

Recognizing that website visitor behavior patterns and conversion criteria vary by industry, the company intends to sequentially release tailored service packages that reflect industry-specific data and layout design standards.

While cloud-based SaaS remains the core deployment model, HIVELAB also plans to support on-premise installations for environments with strict data security requirements, such as the financial and public sectors. Comprehensive system integration (SI) and ongoing maintenance services will be made available alongside the official commercial launch.
