Hivelab, a next-generation AI-tech company built on customer experience (CX), has been selected to lead the content renewal of Hyundai Motor Group’s HTWO website. In addition, the company has extended its annual partnership with Hyundai Motor Group in the areas of UI design and front-end development, continuing its collaborative framework to advance the brand’s digital experience.


HTWO is Hyundai Motor Group’s hydrogen brand and business platform, serving as a key brand channel that presents integrated solutions across the entire hydrogen value chain, from production and storage to refueling and utilization. The renewal aims to reposition the HTWO website as an official information channel for Hyundai Motor Group’s hydrogen and energy business, as well as a brand communication hub, while enhancing its content and user experience by reflecting the latest brand direction and messaging.


In this project, Hivelab will take an integrated approach across content structure, information flow, UI/UX, and front-end implementation to ensure that HTWO’s brand vision and capabilities in the hydrogen and energy business are communicated more clearly and accessibly. In particular, the company plans to strengthen digital storytelling and user journey design so that complex information on hydrogen technology and the energy value chain can be intuitively understood by a wide range of stakeholders, including the general public, customers, government agencies, and local authorities.


Meanwhile, the extended annual partnership in UI design and front-end development will be expanded across Hyundai Motor Group’s various web and app services. Hivelab will be responsible for UI design proposal work across the services, while also taking on a broad scope of front-end development. The company also plans to operate the partnership based on a structured process to respond reliably to the diverse requirements of Hyundai Motor Group’s services and individual projects.


Through the content renewal of Hyundai Motor Group’s HTWO website and the extension of its annual partnership, Hivelab plans to further strengthen its capabilities in building customer experience-centered digital platforms aligned with the ongoing shift toward AI and AX. The company will continue to contribute to its clients’ business growth and digital communication competitiveness as a strategic digital partner connecting brands with users.
