HIVELAB was selected as a 'Strong Small and Medium Enterprise' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2023. This is another achievement following the three consecutive years of being selected as a 'Youth-Friendly Strong Small and Medium Enterprise' in January, and shows that Hive Lab has solidified its position as an excellent small and medium enterprise.

'Strong SMEs' are excellent SMEs with high employment retention rates, high credit ratings, and no fatalities due to industrial accidents in the past three years. The Ministry of Employment and Labor has been operating the Strong SME Selection System since 2012 to select and support excellent SMEs and provide good corporate information.

In order to be selected as a strong small and medium-sized enterprise, it must pass strict selection criteria such as wage arrears, employment maintenance rate, industrial accidents, and credit rating, and be recognized for excellence in various areas such as ‘job friendliness’, ‘financial soundness’, ‘social value’, ‘regional leadership’, and ‘technological excellence’.

HIVELAB met these strict criteria and was selected as a strong small business, and achieved an even more meaningful result by passing the additional criteria that only companies that have been selected as a ‘youth-friendly strong small business’ for three consecutive years can be selected as a strong small business.

This selection as a strong small business is the result of HIVELAB's efforts to create an environment where its members can work stably and for the employees and the company to grow together. As a strong small business selected by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, we will continue to create a good corporate culture with a greater sense of responsibility.
