HIVELAB has been selected as a ‘Youth-Friendly Small and Medium Enterprise’ by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for four consecutive years in 2024, which shows that Hive Lab has continuously developed a corporate culture that is good for young people to work for.

The 'Youth-Friendly Small and Medium Enterprises' is a system in which the Ministry of Employment and Labor selects excellent small and medium enterprises that provide working environments preferred by young people, such as wages, job security, and work-life balance.
In order to be selected as a youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise, all seven requirements must be met: ▲no wage arrears, ▲high employment retention rate, ▲no industrial accident fatalities, and ▲a credit rating of B- or higher.

HIVELAB has proven once again that it meets all of these demanding criteria and is a great company for young people to work for.

We are grateful that we have been selected as a youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise for four consecutive years thanks to the active participation and efforts of our executives and employees. We will continue to do our best to create a corporate culture where young people want to work and grow together. In addition, we plan to create a more advanced work environment and culture through the journey we create together with young people.
